Real Spring Fun
Mother's Day was spent with my mom and grandmother at dinner at PJ's, my dad's friend owns it. The food was very yummy.
The weather has been warmer, well up until this weekend, it's cooler now. Owen and I have planted the garden and are keeping our fingers crossed that it survives. Our cucumbers don't look so good right now. They are my favorite, so one way or another we have to ensure their growth. School is winding down and both boys are ready for summer vacation. Adam was recently on stage for morning as the pointer and did a great job. He is constantly singing the songs from morning program and will tell me 'they just get stuck in my head.'

Our Disney Cruise 04-09
We had a great week enjoying the wonderful hospitality of Disney. The Disney characters were everywhere on the ship. The weather was terrific too! We stopped at Key West, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Castaway Cay (Disney's private island). Castaway Cay was my favorite, that was the most relaxing part of the week. We interacted with a dolphin in Cozumel, which I also thought was pretty cool. I also celebrated my birthday while on the cruise. The week passed too quickly and now it's back to work and the normal everyday routines.
The photos above are not in the order I wanted, but you get the idea. More soon~

3 months later?!?
I've been not here posting for no particular reason...well I discovered FB. That takes up a lot of my free time on the computer. Winter is almost over, thank goodness. The boys have enjoyed winter, me not.so.much! I am ready for warmth, I am ready to plant the garden and mow the grass. And sit outside without feeling frozen. I have not enjoyed winter this year at all.

Our H-U-G-E Christmas tree
Well David and the boys went to get us a Christmas tree- they came back wih a 12 foot tree!! Now David tells me that we have had this size tree in the past. I don't think so. This tree seems especially tall you decide. Here is a picture before it is all situated and ummm straightened. Dave brought the tree in and then went back to work. The cold air coming off this tree was incredible.
So after David and the boys came back home - we got started, first we had to measure the tree- 11 feet 8 inches, and David cut off a piee at the bottom before bringing it in the house. Next came decorating--starting with Owen!?!

So after many hours of lights and bulbs and laughing, David getting a shock from a bad string of light-oops and ouchy, and begging the boys to be careful with the breakable ones- the tree was decorated. It looks very nice, but I guess next year, we are going to 'settle' on a 9 foot tree.
