8 years ago today~
In 08/07/2001, I had a miscarriage after a couple of years of TTC. I can't believe how life has turned around. When I think back to that day, I get so sad, thinking of what could have been...but my sadness doesn't last because then I look at Adam whom we became pregnant with very shortly after the miscarriage. I love my children, but I am sad that we had to endure a miscarriage in the process. This process taught me a lot~
Lake George 2009
We took our annual trip to Silver Bay on Lake George. We love it there. Lots of fishing, boating, tubing, swimming and roasting marshmallows. This year we added the bonus of catching a water snake--- a 3 foot long water snake. Yikes!!! The big fish David is holding is the one I caught with Owen's Spider Many fishing pole. I left LG with bragging rights this year. We didn't keep the fish, htrew it back in to swim with the other fish we didn't catch.
See ya next year LG!
Adam turns 7~
Adam had a great birthday this year choosing to spend the day with his male cousins and his brother. They basically swam, ate, rode bikes, played tractors, played the Wii, ate more, and rested once in a while. Later in the evening we had our families over for dinner and cake and ice cream. Then all of the 'boys' spend the night. Oh and Adam even lost his 2nd tooth on his birthday!

Real Spring Fun
Mother's Day was spent with my mom and grandmother at dinner at PJ's, my dad's friend owns it. The food was very yummy.
The weather has been warmer, well up until this weekend, it's cooler now. Owen and I have planted the garden and are keeping our fingers crossed that it survives. Our cucumbers don't look so good right now. They are my favorite, so one way or another we have to ensure their growth. School is winding down and both boys are ready for summer vacation. Adam was recently on stage for morning as the pointer and did a great job. He is constantly singing the songs from morning program and will tell me 'they just get stuck in my head.'

Our Disney Cruise 04-09
We had a great week enjoying the wonderful hospitality of Disney. The Disney characters were everywhere on the ship. The weather was terrific too! We stopped at Key West, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Castaway Cay (Disney's private island). Castaway Cay was my favorite, that was the most relaxing part of the week. We interacted with a dolphin in Cozumel, which I also thought was pretty cool. I also celebrated my birthday while on the cruise. The week passed too quickly and now it's back to work and the normal everyday routines.
The photos above are not in the order I wanted, but you get the idea. More soon~
